Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026. This policy covers reengines.com and the Engine products sold here, operated by BaseCamp Realty LLC dba RE Engines ("we").

What we collect

• Checkout details you enter to buy an Engine (name, email, phone, billing). Card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
• Your email address and quiz results if you request a free Branding Engine key.
• License key checks: when an Engine starts, it sends its license key to our license server to confirm the key is active. No client, lead or listing data is sent.
• Basic site analytics and server logs.

What we do not collect

Engines run inside your own Claude (Cowork) workspace and your own accounts (CRM, MLS, ad platforms). Your clients' and leads' data stays in those accounts. We do not receive it.

How we use it

To deliver and support what you bought, issue and verify license keys, send transactional messages (receipts, keys, updates), and, only if you opt in, product news. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Text messages

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who run checkout, email and hosting for us, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep purchase and license records as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. To access, correct or delete your information, email support@reengines.com.
